1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Diwali Mela (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on our marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all platform policies. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.
2. Festive Marketplace Model
Diwali Mela is an authorized multi-vendor marketplace connecting verified Indian artisans, sweet makers, and sellers with festive shoppers. We facilitate catalog governance, payment escrow, delivery coordination, and dispute resolution to ensure high quality and trust.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise. We support payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Product prices and seasonal discounts are verified for accuracy. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Serviceability
Delivery charges and estimated arrival dates are calculated server-side based on the destination pincode zone and parcel weight. While we prioritize prompt transit during the festive peak, delays caused by unforeseen natural events or transit exceptions will be promptly communicated through our tracking system.
5. 7-Day Returns & Refund Guarantees
Eligible non-perishable goods (decor, brassware, lamps, sealed dry fruit gift boxes) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For detailed instructions, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
